Welcome to Focal Point Church! We are so excited to get to know your family! We are also honored to teach your children about the Good News of Jesus!!

Please take a moment to fill out this important info for all first-time visitors to FPC Kids. If you already attend FPC yourself, please log in to your account first to add them to your household. Thank you!

If we need to contact you during service, we will place your child's 3-digit sticker code on the screens in the sanctuary. This number changes each week, so please keep your sticker nearby

By completing this registration form, I authorize Focal Point Church to publish the photographs and videos taken of me and /or the above named minor children for the use in Focal Point Church digital or printed publications, website, social media and training purposes. I authorize Focal Point Church to text me in regards to church functions and events.
